ParivarBayArea is expanding its mission of equity and belonging into the realm of legal justice launching BRIDGES 2 BELONGING: TILARI, a long-term initiative designed to make the legal services accessible, affordable, and affirming for every member of our community through committed professional legal partners.
Our vision is to build a comprehensive network of legal access over the next two year prioritizing immigration legal services, followed by employment, and civic legal services and thereafter, rooted in cultural competence, compassion, and community care, primarily aimed to support ALL Immigrants and Asylees of Global South, centering Transgender Gender Diverse Immigrants and Asylees based and belonging in California.

Transgender & Immigrant Legal Access & Relief Initiative (TILARI)
Bridges2Belonging: TILARI — Transgender & Immigrant Legal Access & Relief Fund is open to all seeking immigration support, with priority for Transgender and Gender Diverse (TGD) people, families with trans family members, and individuals from the Global South. Eligible applicants may be considered for stipends, partial legal fee support, and discounted legal rates; support is need-based and not guaranteed, and all information is kept confidential.
Puentes hacia la Pertenencia: TILARI es un programa abierto para todas las personas que buscan apoyo migratorio, priorizando a personas trans y de género diverso, familias con integrantes trans y personas del Sur Global; quienes califiquen pueden ser considerades para estipendios, apoyo legal parcial y tarifas con descuento, según necesidad. Toda la información se mantiene confidencial.
